CHEESE FRIES

When you volunteer to work in our Cheese Fry tent, the Shift Leader will assign you one of the following jobs: order taker, order maker, fryer, food prep, or dish washer.

You must be 18 or older to volunteer.

FUNNEL CAKES

When you volutneer to work in the Funnel Cake Truck you will be assigned a job based on your age. Students 16 and older can work as order takers. Adults will be assigned one of the following jobs by the Shift Leader: fryer, batter mixer or front window.

PICNIC TENT

Volunteering in the Picnic Tent will be the most relaxed volunteer opportunity at Old Shawnee Days. Those who volutneer in the Picnic Tent have two basic jobs: keep the tables clean and be friendly to those enjoying their food.

Anyone who registers to serve, please wear a New City Shirt, last year’s Old Shawnee Day’s shirt, or register to receive a new shirt this year to wear. If you have questions about serving at Old Shawnee days, please email info@newcitychurch.com.
