The event environment will be family friendly where children of all ages are welcome in the main event, no childcare will be necessary. Light snacks and refreshments will be provided. Our Baby Dedication is an event to celebrate this decision. During the event we will celebrate over dinner together, talk through what dedication looks like, pray over your family, and provide gifts and next steps. We will prepare the June curriculum and supplies to alleviate the stress from our Kid City directors and teachers. CIY Conference will be here before we know it! Students across New City going into 9th-12th grade, MOVE is for you! July 8th we will take off in the morning and return July 12th, Friday! We are going to Lincoln, Nebraska for 5 days! We will stay in the dorms at the University of Nebraska, they will feed us 3 meals a day, we will have main sessions that consist of worship, speakers, games, and then small groups throughout each day! This is a great time for you to spend intentional time with Jesus for a week and get closer to your peers from New City!
Please put your deposit of $65 down to reserve you spot. The total cost for Move is $500. If you are needing help financially please reach out to your campus Student City minister/director. Every student that wants to go, we will do our best to get you there.

We are so excited to host our second annual Summer Palooza! Summer Palooza is a family-style-evening Vacation Bible School. Family style means there is something for everyone, including an adult study. This year, kids and adults will be challenged as they discover that God's truth never changes, everyone needs Jesus, and how to speak the truth in love. Adventure is awaiting each day! Kids will explore tide pools, spot orcas, fly kites, and watch the mighty waves crash up against the immovable Breaker Rock. We will have a dinner eat night provided free of charge with registration.

Will you open your driveways for a safe place for your friends, family, and neighbors to spend a fun night together? Maybe add a fire pit, hot dogs, candy, and some hot chocolate for a fun touch to a chilly night of trick-or-treating. New City will provide yard signs saying "This driveway hosted by New City" and we will also be providing some candy or hot dogs for your driveway (your choice between the two). If hosting your address will be posted on the New City FB pages as "safe stops" for Halloween night. Please register your driveway so we know who is hosting!

Join us Friday evening for fellowship, fun and food as we dig into the Word, build stronger relationships with each other, and strengthen our faith. Supper will not be provided on Friday evening, but snacks and drinks will be available all night. Breakfast will be served at 8:00 a.m. on Saturday morning before we clean up and depart at 10:00 a.m. Bring your Bible, sleeping gear, bedding, clothing, deodorant, toothbrush, and toothpaste. We will be both outside and inside so dress accordingly.

Kid City is having a PIZZA PARTY! We will hang out and play games to begin, and then enjoy pizza and a movie. Bring your friends! This event is for Pre-K through 5th grade. Parents are welcome to stay but also welcome to go have a parent's night out while the Kid City team hangs with your littles.
Registration is required for attendance. Please register by March 10th so that we have an accurate count for volunteers and food.
In this Parent's Workshop we will be discovering tools to impart an unshakeable faith to our children and provide them with a firm foundation in the gospel. You will be encouraged to embrace your role as a spiritual leader in your child's life as we equip you with tools, ideas, and resources. Our hope is for you to create an atmosphere of discipleship in your home and share the gospel message with your kids at each age benchmark.
Lunch & Childcare will be provided. Please register by March 6.
The goal of Ignite Youth Leadership conference is to equip and train students, student leaders, and team members with Biblical principles. Principles that will help each church or ministry accomplish the goal of reaching people with the gospel of Jesus Christ. If you are High School student (9th-12th grad) @ New City and want to spend time to invest in your spiritual growth this is for you! We will take off from Shawnee @ 9am and come back Saturday @ 10pm. We will get there have lunch, hang out at an outlet mall (lunch is on you), than we will take off to the event. The conference goes Friday evening through Saturday afternoon, they will provide lunch. We will be staying at a church Friday night with a group of other churches. At the conference there are speakers, worship, and breakouts where you will dive into specific topics like sexuality, anxiety, worship, the bible, ministry opportunities! This is a great opportunity that we believe will help you grow in your faith!
The cost is $100, please register by December 22nd so we can save your spot for the trip!
Students join us at Main Event in Olathe. For $15, you will have 1 hour of bowling, all you can play activities: pool, laser tag, gravity ropes, 2 slices of Pizza and a medium drink with a 1 Hour Arcade FunCard. Feel free to bring extra money for more food or for more games on the card. Bring a friend to join you!
We will meet at Main Event, if you need a ride let Adam know and we can organize your student getting there. Pickup is anytime before 9pm. Register and pay your $15 when you register or give Adam cash when you get to the event!

Free Food available for everyone on the fourth Saturday of every month! Distribution begins at 9:00 AM and runs till we are out of food (typically 10:30-11:00 AM). Arrive early and no ID required.
Kid City team members and parents, let's welcome our new Kid City Director, Morgan Eichman. We will get to know Morgan and her family, enjoy food and fellowship, and have a Q and A time. There will be no childcare, but kids are welcome. Please register.

If you serve in Kid City - You don't want to miss the first of three workshops in 2024! This workshop will coincide with our Leadership Community in February. My hope is that each person that serves in Kid City will attend and will leave with new information, new ideas, and motivated and excited about serving the next generation!

Leadership Community is for anyone currently serving on any of our ministry teams AND anyone currently looking to get plugged in! Be encouraged and hear what's happening in the upcoming month at the church and then break off to have a meeting with your ministry team. Childcare and lunch provided with registration.
Would you like to dedicate your infant or toddler to the Lord. We will gather as a church body to celebrate with you and dedicate your child to the Lord. This is an opportunity for parents to dedicate to point their children to Jesus and for the church body to partner with them. Baby Dedications will be at the beginning of both 1st and 2nd Service.
