This month's Prayer and Praise will look a little different. We will begin at NOON on May 18 and go till NOON on May 19 - The Day of Pentecost - which in scripture is the day the disciples received the Holy Spirit. This also marks the promise that we too can have the Holy Spirit. Every 2 hours we will have a new worship leader lead us in worship, along with prayer prompts on different topics as we simply come to spend time in the presence of the Lord and seek Him.

Join us May 29-31 for a 3-night Student City conference to encourage and equip students in their faith! This is for all students at New City and friends 6th-12th grade! Each night from 6:30-9:30 PM we will gather to worship, hear a message from God's word, discuss with small groups, and hang after! Our heart is not just to have a gathering of students but for you to grow in your faith! We want to see you take steps to live like Jesus personally and in the city we live in! God is working already and we believe he wants to do more through the students at New City Church.

After the meal, we will head out to deliver turkeys to families in need for their Thanksgiving meal. We will celebrate the resources that the Lord will provide in the SEEK Offering earlier that day at our service. Please register so we can order food accordingly.

Join us in helping show light to our neighbors. Volunteer to make your driveway a place to provide food and treats to those out trick-or-treating in your neighborhood. New City Olathe will provide the food and full-size candy to our neighbors. Register your driveway so we know how much food and candy is needed. You can also register to bring full-size candy bars.
