Parents join us for an evening with your students and student leaders. We will have games, food, and worship followed by an informational time on what's new at Student City. We hope to show you what your students get to participate in and experience each week during midweek and how our leaders are pointing them to Jesus. Register to join us!

Following the football games Friday Night, October 24th, High School students join us for some late night fun back at New City Church! We will have your favorite late night snacks, games, and students will share testimonies! We will start @ 10pm with food, invite your friends, we will see you then! Please let us know if you are coming by registering so we can plan for food by October the 22nd!

New City Students let's come together to worship and have some fun! We will spend time together to eat, worship, teaching, play a friendly game of dodgeball and other fun! Make sure to register and we will see you then!

Hey Graduating Seniors and Parents! Sunday May 18th we want to celebrate with you! Student Ministry team will be hosting a brunch at 1215pm-2pm for graduates and close family! We want to take time and encourage our graduates, pray over them, and celebrate this huge accomplishment! For food and set up please register if you plan to attend!

Students and parents because this movie is rated R we ask you review this movie and register your student so we can make sure you know they are watching this movie that night. This is a graphic movie and wanted you to be aware before watching it.

Student City will be watching the movie, "Passion of the Christ. As we move towards Easter, we wanted to take time and be reminded of what Christ has done for us. We hope to see you there! Parents, this is a 2-hour movie so we will go a little past 8. We will have popcorn and drinks, so if you would like to bring other food feel free to do that! 

Student City guys and dads/male guardians we invite you to come bowling with others April 13th! We will be meeting to eat pizza, bowl, and have a devotional time! Please register, $5/person.

Join us for a fun and exciting Mother/Daughter dinner and Bunco night. Bunco is a fast paced, somewhat frenzied game that is super easy to learn. If you can roll dice, you can play! They’ll be lots of good food and desserts, as well as fun prizes. This night will be a great way for moms and daughters to spend some quality time together. Please register by April 9th, 2025. Students we are going to Winter Jam 2025! This is a $15 CASH general admission concert, with several christian artists. We will leave at 4:30pm from the Church and head to T-Mobile Center! Parents are welcome to join. Leaders and Parents if you are able and willing to drive students, that would help us carpool students there! We will be standing in line so dress warm. When we get inside there is food, drinks, and merch if you would like to purchase stuff on your own! 

Please register by Jan. 15th so we can make sure to have you a ride.

New City has reserved the theatre to watch the Best Christmas Pageant Ever together! This is a great story that will go right along with our series starting in December called "Messy Christmas." This movie is directed by the same director as "The Chosen." We hope you can come along with family and friends to spend a night at the theatre having a fun night out!

We are excited to take Prayer and Praise to the Park for our last one of 2024! Join us at Erfurt Park in Shawnee as we go out into the Community for a time of fun, prayer and worship. We will have drinks and games to hang out in the park at 5:00 PM before the service begins at 6:30 PM. Come, bring family, friends, and neighbors to come relax and spend time in the presence of God. Please bring your lawn chairs.

Join us as we celebrate our Seniors in Student City, May 26th at our 11 AM service! We are going to take time to encourage our seniors and send them out! Graduates families that plan to attend, please register so we can have enough food and make sure we are prepared for your graduate!

This month's Prayer and Praise will look a little different. We will begin at NOON on May 18 and go till NOON on May 19 - The Day of Pentecost - which in scripture is the day the disciples received the Holy Spirit. This also marks the promise that we too can have the Holy Spirit. Every 2 hours we will have a new worship leader lead us in worship, along with prayer prompts on different topics as we simply come to spend time in the presence of the Lord and seek Him.

Join us May 29-31 for a 3-night Student City conference to encourage and equip students in their faith! This is for all students at New City and friends 6th-12th grade! Each night from 6:30-9:30 PM we will gather to worship, hear a message from God's word, discuss with small groups, and hang after! Our heart is not just to have a gathering of students but for you to grow in your faith! We want to see you take steps to live like Jesus personally and in the city we live in! God is working already and we believe he wants to do more through the students at New City Church.

Students join us at Main Event in Olathe. For $15, you will have 1 hour of bowling, all you can play activities: pool, laser tag, gravity ropes, 2 slices of Pizza and a medium drink with a 1 Hour Arcade FunCard. Feel free to bring extra money for more food or for more games on the card. Bring a friend to join you!

We will meet at Main Event, if you need a ride let Adam know and we can organize your student getting there. Pickup is anytime before 9pm. Register and pay your $15 when you register or give Adam cash when you get to the event!

Join us March 22 for a night of PRAYER & PRAISE. We will focus on Reconciliation and Alignment with the Father. We hope you will mark your calendar and bring someone with you. This will be at our Shawnee location. Childcare 0-5 provided with registration.

Student Ministry is going to Winter Jam at T-mobile center on Sunday, January 21st! This is a concert with multiple bands, such as Crowder, Lecrae, Cain, and more! Doors open @ 4:00 pm and will end around 10:00 pm. We will be leaving Shawnee @ 2:00 pm to get in line! In order for everyone to eat and leave on time we will be doing food in the student room @ 12:30 pm and feed those going before we go! Parents you are welcome to join. Leaders and Parents due to the amount of kids, we will need several to drive, if that is something you would be willing please fill that out when you register! New City will cover your parking! All please dress accordingly as we will be waiting outside! 

Do the winter blues have you bored and down in the dumps? Then we have just the thing to lift you up. Join us for a student game night at the Edgerton Community Hall, 404 E. Nelson St. from 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm on Saturday, January 13th. Pizza, pop, snacks, and games will be provided by Student City of New City Church. This event is open to anyone in grades 5 -12. There will be a wide variety of games to choose from like table top, cards, computer, and video. You won't want to miss this.
